Public health department of Noida authority collaborated with a private sector company M/s Ramky reclamation and recycling Ltd to establish a Plant in 2020 is sector -80 to tackle the problem of the C&D waste.
14 C&D waste collection points are being used to keep dump of Noida’s in-house projects, industries, residential allottees etc
The agency has collected more than 1,98,000 metric ton of C&D Waste, about 1,42,000 metric ton of C&D waste has been processed and 113600 metric ton of C&D Waste sold
Tiles, Bio soil, Sand, Mud, Stones (RA 40, RA 20, RA 10, RA 5 MM) are being received as the by products
After processing the recycled waste is being utilised in road making, non-structural land scaping and for manufacturing interlocking tiles paver blocks, footpath/pavements, etc.
